English: It was built by Architect Koca Kasım Ağa for Mahpeyker Kösem Sultan, the wife of Ahmet I, in 1640, and opened as a Children's Library in 1966. The building ownership of Çinili Children's Library belongs to the Directorate of Foundations. The building consists of a single hall with a dome of 45 square meters. The users of the library, which serves in a small area, are mostly primary school students in the surrounding area. According to 2005 statistics, there are 4,641 books and 12 non-book materials, most of which are children's books.
