Group photo of a gathering of inaugural members of the John Curtin Foundation, a political funding body, identifying political-party donors eligible for reciprocal favours from two Labor heads of government who appear in the photograph. Intimate co-operation between government and favoured corporations was the central feature of WA Inc operations, as later documented in detail by a royal commission.
