Karoga apraksts
Uz balta fona taisns krusts sarkanā krāsā lauka centrā. Krusta vertikālās un horizontālās līniju platums pret karoga augstumu ir 1:7.
Krusta centrā novietots Krustpils novada ģerbonis.
Ģerboņa augstums ir 2:3 no karoga augstuma.
Galda karodziņa maksimālie izmēri 28 x 14 cm, tā proporcijas un apraksts atbilst Krustpils novada karoga proporcijām un aprakstam.[1]

Karoga krāsas- balta, zelta- PANTONE 873, sarkana- PANTONE 186C, sudraba- PANTONE 877C, melna- PANTONE Black.[2]

Ģerboņa heraldiskais apraksts
Sarkanā laukā zelta krusts, tam uzlikts vidus vairogs ar agrāko Krustpils ģerboni.[3]
