A sunny pleasant (and not too chilly) afternoon in Inverness today - and it's nearly the end of October!!

The River -as ever - was looking pretty and I was free for a few minutes while I "circled" waiting for the shopper to be collected. so I took the opportunity for a quick detour along Huntly Street, the road along the west side of the river. Although I have featured most of these locations before, the light on the stonework, the colour of the grass, the sky reflecting on the river, the level of the river and the texture of the sky are never the same two days running.

This is "my" city - enjoy!!
