1. The image is necessary and standard to display the film as a whole for the lead-in infobox.
2. The image does not inhibit sales of the DVD or posters for Dynamite Warrior.
3. The image does not impede the licensing of Dynamite Warrior.
4. The image does no damage to the image or quality of Dynamite Warrior. In fact its use exactly fits the purpose of a movie poster, promoting the film.
5. The image is used on many websites, so its presence on Wikipedia does not make it any more accessible than it already is.
