Slovenščina: Besedilo je nekoliko prirejen prepis iz I. pisma sv. Bernarda iz Clairvauxa (12. odstavek):
"Vigilias times manuumque laborem, atque leiva sunt hec meditanti flammas perpetuas. Recordatio tenebrarum facit non horrere solitudinem. Si futuram de verbis otiosis cogitas discussionem, non displicebit silentium."English: The inscription is a slightly adulterated transcription from the I. Letter of St. Bernard of Clairvaux (Ch. 12):
