Description
English: Ancient Kannada inscription AKA HaleGannada shaasana. This was found by British Indian Historian B. Lewis Rice at GulganPode, Palar river valley. The inscription was estimated be from the period 300AD or even earlier. The Banas were a Kannada speaking tribe who ruled major patches of south and central India.
