Description
English: M.L. Pin Malakul, director of the Preparatory School of Chulalongkorn University (now Triam Udom Suksa School) addresses the Minister of Education during the opening ceremony of Triam Udom Suksa Building (now known as Building 2) on 24 June 1940.
