English: Rhyton in shape of the sea shell (triton), green serpentine, with engraving of two Minoan Daimon with the sacrificial pitcher. Malia, Late Minoan I A period, 1550-1500 BC. Engraving of the sacrificial scene is supposedly inspired by the cult of the Egyptian god Taweret, protector of nature and life. Archaeological Museum of Agios Nikolaos.
Čeština: Rituální nádoba (rhyton) ve tvaru velké mořské mušle (triton), zelený serpentin, s rytinou dvou minójských daimonů s obětním džbánem. Malia, jihovýchodní areál; pozdně minójské, LM I A, 1550-1500 před n. l. Rytina obětní scény je prý inspirována egyptským kultem boha Taweret, ochránce přirozenosti, přírody a života.
