Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	A low resolution still from a long film, taken from a historic performance where the public is invited to make a painting or drawing of the artist, to illustrate a key work from a influential 20th century Fluxus artist seems reasonable in order to discuss the specific work and the artist's importance to the development of the Fluxus movement.
