| Description |
Hrvatski: Slobodnostojeća jednokatna uglovnica uklopljena je u veću zemljišnu česticu nekadašnje remize konjskog tramvaja. Godine 1906. izgrađena je u Chavrakovoj ulici (danas Europske avenije 24). Kuća je izgrađena po projektima bečkog arhitekta Ernest von Gotthilfa. Gradnju je vodio osječki graditelj Franz Wybiral. Artikulacija secesije geometrijskog smjera nositelj je ukupnog dojma cjelokupne građevine. Kao svjedočanstvo karakterističnog povijesnog razvoja kuća Gillming-Hengl predstavlja oznaku specifičnog prostornog obilježja, a svojim izgledom i određeni stupanj atraktivnosti ugođaja. |
