From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
  • POV is a wikipedia criteria, not a commons criteria. Consequently it doesn't belong on the commons page.
  • The way this image is being used in Wikipedia is non-neutral, and it seems incredible to believe it could be used neutrally on Wikipedia. Consequently it does belong on this page
  • Therefore, I don't think it's accurate to say the page "has no locally relevant content" and therefore it doesn't meet the criteria for a speedy.
  • CSD makes sense for vandal pages and user requests. Beyond that I have never seen it used in a way that improves Wikipedia; it seems to be a tool for keeping insiders inside and outsiders outside.

As a video[edit]

An animated gif is terrible for accessibility, no way to pause, move the playback location. Can we change this to a video? AndrewHarvey4 (talk) 02:42, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
