I made this photo myself. First I uploaded it to Commons. But there is no Freedom of panorama for Azerbaijan and the photo was deleted. That is why the item of this photo is not replaceable. --Interfase (talk) 14:27, 31 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is hosted in USA, not Azerbaijan. The copyright law of Azerbaijan is irrelevant. USA has freedom of panorama for buildings, so USA law permits free photos of this building.
