The photograph is actually from the Town Common, and features both the Hills Memorial Library and the former Kimbal Webster School, which hosted it's last elementary class in 1987 and now houses town offices. The school is the red building next to the stone library. Not clear in the photo is the Library street school and Dr H.O. Smith, which are behind the two buildings mentioned above, and across the street from the fire station and down the street from town hall.
