Hello friendly administrator, I'm requesting that the 11:28, November 6, 2008 be split out and saved to File:Padlock-red/yellow and added to Category:Padlock_icons as I particularly like this version of the icon and would like to see it used as the icon for the new "Template protection". - Do you mean 16:28, not 11:28? The fie was only uploaded at 16:28, 6 November 2008. However, whatever time you mean, you don't need an administrator's help. Just click on the one you want, save it to your computer, and then upload it as a new file. However, make sure you say where you copied it from, as otherwise it will be a copyright infringement. (If what you had in mind was moving the revision you wanted out of the editing history of this file to a new location, then that is not possible, as it is essential to keep the editing history for copyright attribution reasons.)
