Error in map[edit]

This map is incorrect. Massachusetts also has public funding for abortion; see this PDF from the ACLU, which is identical to this map except for the status for Massachusetts. (That URL is linked from a citation in the article on the Hyde Amendment.) The text of the article notes that seventeen states have some degree of public funding, but there are only sixteen on this map. I cannot manipulate .svg images, otherwise I'd fix it myself; could we have someone fix it? Horologium (talk) 16:48, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
