Indians[edit]

This article uses the outdated term "Indian" more than two dozen times, including the title. These should all be changed to the modern international "indigenous" or "indigenous peoples". Since this cannot be done without other editing considerations, I am simply posting the recommendation here.

First Nations is a term for certain Canadian Indigenous peoples. The majority of the tribes discussed here are in the present-day United States. Yuchitown (talk) 21:22, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
