I believe that Breakout meets all the criteria for being a Good Topic in Wikipedia. In fact, all five articles about the topic are of Good Article status.   • Wonder World Tour is not required as it is not part of the album and the tour also promoted other albums. Zginder 2010-12-20T15:10Z (UTC)
  • The tour wasn't solely formed to promote Breakout and it launched over a year later. It doesn't seem worthy of inclusion. "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" isn't an original and Cyrus' cover isn't too notable.     • Sorry boss, Breakout was one of the albums being promoted by the tour. Not to mention the fact that TTOOL and BO were her tow current albums charting simultaneously, while the tour was going on.
