Note: The match was originally scheduled for 8 August at 21:45 as the first leg of the tie, but on the eve of the match, over 100 ultras of Dinamo Zagreb, despite the ban by UEFA,[31] crossed Greece by road and joined by Panathinaikos ultras, reached the stadium of AEK, where they caused incidents and attacked the locals. The result was the death of a fan of AEK by multiple stab wounds.[32] UEFA decided to postpone the match.[33] The match was rescheduled for 19 August and became the second leg of the tie.[34]
