Why are people categories, like Category:Actors by nationality, listed here? Shouldn't there just be genres, like Category:Animation by country? These two just happen to be the first examples in the list. I'm also not addressing the issue of country/nationality either in this question.
There are actually virtually no genres in the category at all. It mainly consists of media or occupations. I think a rename would be better. I can see utility in having both types in the same category in this case, confusing though may seem. Perhaps rename to Category:Arts media and occupations by nationality.
