On the suggestion that this category be deleted

I do not know why an editor decided to manually empty this category and then blank the category page itself. There was no explanation in the edit summary. In my view this was done out of process: the issue should have been taken to CFD, and this category should not be deleted speedily.

I believe that it is helpful to group articles on various subjects which relate to a geographical area in apposite categories, and that this category, whose main article would be Vallata dello Stilaro Allaro, is a useful one.
