Submission declined on 19 December 2023 by Sungodtemple (talk). This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies. This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: Most of your references are invalid in terms of notability. interviews are generally not independent, the New York Post is generally unreliable, the last two references have a name-drop of Cymbal, etc. Sungodtemple (talk • contribs) 01:27, 19 December 2023 (UTC)
Asi Cymbal (real estate developer)[edit]
Asi Cymbal[edit]
Asaf “Asi” Cymbal (Petach Tikva, Israel, April 13, 1969) is an Israeli-born and Brooklyn-raised real estate developer in South Florida with a portfolio spanning the region.
Early Life[edit]
Cymbal was born in Petach Tikva, Israel on April 13, 1969. Asi’s interest in real estate came from his mother.[1] who invested in apartments in the 1980’s to support the family.
In 1992, while a law student at University of California, Los Angeles, Asi began his foray into real estate, working with developer, general contractor and Santa Monica mixed-use pioneer Howard Jacobs, to draft performance analyses for projects.
After graduation, Cymbal moved back to New York and started working with real estate attorney Noel Dennis. In 2022, Cymbal joined Leviev Boymelgreen, a real estate company led by Shaya Boymelgreen and diamond magnate Lev Leviev as VP and general counsel.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and a law degree from UCLA School of Law.
Real Estate[edit]
Cymbal has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction, finance and law. Known for his design-driven approach, Asi has built a brand centered on meeting housing demands in emerging markets and targeting consistent returns for investors.
Cymbal has a deep understanding of progressive industry trends and opportunistic investment strategies across asset classes. In 2007, he formed Cymbal Development, an integrated real estate firm. Under his leadership, Cymbal Development acquired, developed or constructed more than $150 million in projects in Miami[2], including the ground-up development of 25,000 square feet of offices and retail on Midtown Miami’s west side, which housed popular restaurant Gigi and music venue Bardot.
In 2014, Cymbal retired after successfully raising his first fund. Asi then came out of retirement in early 2019 to form Cymbal DLT[3] Companies with partner Hector Dela Torres. He created his second fund during the 2020 Pandemic, which also saw significant returns.
Seeing how thoughtful spaces were essential during lockdown, the partners launched the integrated real estate development firm to create communities that connect people, places, and nature. The firm’s South Florida development portfolio is valued at more than $2 billion and includes everything from market-rate multifamily apartments and luxury condominiums, to hotels, office and retail space.
Today, Cymbal DLT is currently spearheading one of the largest mixed-use developments in Fort Lauderdale[4], the Nautico District[5] along the Riverwalk. In addition, the firm has Laguna Gardens, a multifamily community in Miami Gardens and Oasis Pointe[6], a waterfront apartment community[7] in Dania Pointe[8]
