Jill Marion Bausch (born April 11, 1957) is an American-British author, entrepreneur, executive coach, and the Director and Co-founder of VivePoint Ltd. She is also the author of USA Today's Bestseller Why Brave Women Win: Creating Your Path to Confidence and Power in the Workplace.[1]
Early life and education[edit]
She was born in 1957 in Rochester, New York to George Robert Bausch and Josephine M.M. Goodwin Bausch, She was middle child of five, overcame a troubled adolescence and was sent subsequently to a boarding school in New England.[2] She later married a British man in her 20s and lived in Europe, the Americas, and Africa. She earned a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Cincinnati and an MSc in Population & International Development from the London School of Economics.[3] She also holds a diploma in Disease Modeling from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and is a licensed executive coach practitioner.[4]
Career[edit]
Bausch commenced her career in hotel sector but left in 1995 to seek out more worthy profession. Amidst the HIV/AIDS crisis in Asia and Africa, she became CEO of Futures Group Europe, concentrating on behavior change and sexual health and was employed by British government.[5] Bausch, currently CEO of VivePoint Ltd and Director of International Search & Leadership at SRI Executive, educates executives for global entities such as the World Health Organization and The World Bank. Bausch mentors for the Prince's Trust, serves as a social impact advisor at London Business School, and contributes to the anthology "Game ON -Leaders Who Last.[6] Bausch made an appearance on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast in November 2022.[7]

In 2022, she published her book Why Brave Women Win: Creating Your Path to Confidence and Power in the Workplace, prior to that, in 2021 she published her book Game On- Leaders who last .[8]
