The Reference and User Services Association (RUSA) is a division of the American Library Association. RUSA members work in different library settings but have one principal characteristic in common: public services. RUSA is home to library workers who have direct contact with people. The association serves people in public and academic libraries who provide services including reader advisory, collection access or delivery, electronic tools, first-year success, local history, financial literacy, business formation, or who manage front-line workers.
