Location Map work[edit]

This does seem to work, after some tweeks and testing. My work page for this is User:T L Miles/stuff/locationmapwork. Anyone with an interest is more than welcome to get this up and running, and apply it. My original intention was to apply it to articles in Category:Neighborhoods in Staten Island.
