Square footage[edit]

I worked as a building engineer at 1111 19th Street from 1993 to 1998. The square footage in the article is way off. There is only around 260,000 square feet of commercial space. The building is about 130 feet wide and about 180 feet long. So, if you do the math, 130 * 180 = 23,400. When you multiply that by 12 floors, you get 280,800. From there, you have to subtract the lobby and common areas. I'm not sure who wrote the article, or how they came up with more than 800,000 square feet. Tom (talk) 00:34, 7 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
