Deletion of File:Mumbai High fire.jpg[edit]

Dear @Explicit:

(Premise: I know this is the talk page of an article, while the thing I am discussing here is an image. But since the image has been deleted, I cannot now use the image talk page. I am instead using the talk page of the only article which was using said image.)

Would you care to kindly explain to me why you deleted the File:Mumbai High fire.jpg ? There was a whole rationale about fair use on the file page, the definition of the image was low, the event is an important historical event (no doubt; a full blown disaster in terms of both loss of life and financial impact, perhaps lesser known just because it happened in a developed country), there is no other image freely licensed/in the public domain available (I looked everywhere using all the tools listed in the Wikipedia guidelines), and it greatly enhances the informativity of the article. What I did not do, admittedly, is using the Template:Non-free use rationale 2, instead I put the information in the image description box. I shall now reinstate the image and use said template. If you think it needs be deleted again, kindly tell me where my understanding of the non-free use rationale fails, because just deleting the image would not educate me.
