This article seems to be saying two completely different things. Its hard to say for sure, because much of it seems to have been written by someone who is working on their degree in physics and wants to show off how many dense scientific terms they've memorized. This shouldn't be a hard concept to put into simple terms, but the only simple part is the intro, and it misses half of the concept. .45Colt 19:27, 6 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
