Camus[edit]

Camus should not be pictured. Neither he nor his family ever immigrated anywhere. His parents were settlers in French Algeria and then he later moved to metropolitan France. During his lifetime, Algeria was constitutionally part of France, so he simply moved from an overseas part of the country to the mainland. 71.205.174.204 (talk) 21:21, 22 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

point of article[edit]

This article is all over the place... it's called "African immigration to France" but it has an ethnic group infobox. Africans in France are not a distinct ethnic group, considering it's an entire continent with various ethnicities and cultures from Berbers, Arabs, Algeria, Somalians, Tunisian Jews, Cote d'Ivoire, etc. ... and there's a picture of Zinedine Zidane who was born in Marseille and never immigrated anywhere! I'm going to try to improve this article to make it about what it's supposed to be about: immigration to France from Africa (and will include notable immigrants).
