Infobox

• When there's no credible evidence to the contrary, I will assume good faith that File:Alewife Station Platform 01.jpg is the uploader's own work as asserted

Lead

• It looks like you're missing a closing parenthesis after "Fitchburg Line" from "The Fitchburg Railroad (now the MBTA Commuter Rail Fitchburg Line opened through North Cambridge in 1842".

Station layout

• I see no good reason to doubt that File:East headhouse at Alewife station, August 2018.JPG belongs to you
• "1⁄3 mile" → "one-third mile" per MOS:FRAC

• Could you move the "Fig. VI–3" text into ref#5 so it doesn't clutter the prose?

History

Railroads

• File:Lexington Branch connector construction, October 1926.png seems A-OK to me
• Out of curiosity, am I seeing page numbers placed after ref#10 (The Rail Lines of Southern New England)? If citing multiple pages from a book at different points in the article, then you should be able to use individual citations like (Karr 2017, p. 247) and (Karr 2017, p. 248) with the main work being listed in the references section.
  • Are you suggesting a change to Harvard-style citations? I don't think that's worthwhile here.
    • Above all else, I wanted to be sure I had the right idea of what the numbers were supposed to be. Harvard-style citations aren't a requirement as long as one can reasonably infer which parts of the book are being cited. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 02:26, 21 October 2020 (UTC)
• Use complete years within text. This means "1843–45" should be "1843–1845", and "1926–27" should be "1926–1927". Same goes for ranges within page numbers (i.e. 277–78 → 277–278, 214–16 → 214–216).
  • I've changed it in the prose for nonconsecutive years. I've retained the shorter form for consecutive years per MOS:DATERANGE, and in the inline citations per MOS:NUMRANGE.

Planning the Red Line

• No problems with File:Alternative alignments for the Red Line Northwest Extension.jpg
• I would link Davis Square and Porter Square, unless these instances refer to the specific MBTA stops (in which case linking to the stations would be better)

  •  Done
• You seem to have forgotten a period after "the proposed Inner Belt Expressway"

Construction

• Link the Davis and Porter stations within "After Davis and Porter, Alewife was among the first MBTA stations made accessible during initial construction, rather than by renovation"

• Since not all readers will be familiar with what "peak hours" are, I recommend specifying a timeframe as that would make it easier for people to understand
  •  Done

Development and other changes

• When File:Aerial view of Alewife garage and developments, November 2015.jpg is an extract of the original author's own work at File:Cambridge Highlands aerial, November 2015.jpg, this is fine for use
• "The Minuteman Bikeway opened in 1992–93"..... meaning this opening took place over the span of enough days to not solely happen within 1992? If possible, I'd opt for something more specific like months, which seem to be October 1992 and May 1993.
  • I didn't think that listing the exact months was necessary, since the Alewife connection wasn't until five years later.
    • In that case, maybe just focus on its 1998 extension to this station
• I could be missing something, but I can't find any mentions of Fresh Pond Path, Alewife Greenway, Fitchburg Cutoff, or their opening times within the given citation
  • Added citations for the first two. The Belmont-Alewife path in that citation is the Fitchburg Cutoff Path.
    • Good to know, now just remove the extra space between refs 48 and 49
• Not seeing any support for a "third cage", just that more bike cages were being built at multiple MBTA stops (including this one)
  • The first two cages (2008) are already cited in the article. I've added a citation to indicate that Alewife has three cages.

Arts on the Line

• No copyright issues with File:William Keyser Jr. bench at Alewife, July 2005.jpg (previously titled "File:Untitled (Kiss and Ride) at Alewife, July 2005.jpg"), I'd just include Jr. from the name "William Keyser Jr." in its caption

• Is "Kiss and Ride" only derived from the image used in this section? I can't find that part in any of the three attributed references, only its author and how the work is untitled.
  •  Done My mistake - I've moved to the correct title.
• Per WP:JR, remove the comma from "William Keyser, Jr."

• "several private-carrier routes"..... Instead of ambiguous counts, I'd simply say two (based on what you've listed)

Overall

• Prose: Nearly there, and one thing I forgot to mention earlier for "Station layout" is that "a" should be added right before "one-third mile" unless you feel "one third of a mile" reads better
• Verfiability: Some citations need adjusting
• Coverage: No glaring issues
• Neutrality: Free of bias
• Stability: All recent changes have been to improve article based on above input
• Media: Every image is appropriately licensed
