Oppose. There have been several previous moves, with no valid rationales for any of them. This is no better. What is a correct article name is decided by policy, not by any official resource. So as far as the article name is concerned , to say his last name must be Mojarad not Mojarrad shows no understanding of the issues. I'm sorry if that's harsh.
