This quote:

"it would have been a civilizational step forward if dynamite and rifles had been brought into the room where the 20th anniversary of Republika Srpska was recently celebrated."

is substantially distorted in several respects:

• It is not cited verbatim, see the original (in Error: {{in lang}}: unrecognized language code: hbs)
• The author doesn't describe a hypothetical situation, but refers to a then-recent event in which weapons were actually found in a sports hall.
• The "civilizational step" here must be understood in proper context, perhaps as an irony; in his text, Western civilization is described as being based on genocide and hypocrisy.

Civilised step would be if Bole used dynamite and rifles which he hid in the ballroom in which leaders, spiritual people, and artists celebrated 20th anniversary of existence of Republika Srpska.
