The dormatory complex at 1346 Chestnut street has a spotted history, but efforts have been made by dedicated persons to make student life better. A great deal of the residents in this building are between 18-20 years of age, and life in the downtown district of Philadelphia often limits them to indoor activities since they cannot enjoy the 21+ night life the city has to offer. This can often lead to mischief, as the 1346 Chestnut staff has learned in the past.
