Merger proposal[edit]
I propose that 2016 Asian Youth Beach Handball Championship be merged into this article as it is currently the only edition of the tournament and is not notable enough for its own article. Smartyllama (talk) 20:28, 6 June 2018 (UTC)
No need to merge[edit]
Dear, 2016 Asian Youth Beach Handball Championship is the first edition of the Asian Youth Beach Handball Championship which acts as qualification tournament for the IHF Youth Beach Handball World Championship which acts as qualification tournament for the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics to be held in Buenos Aires (Argentina). There is no need to merge the article as there will be more editions which shall be held in the future. Therefore, there should be separate articles because Beach Handball is a new olympic sport now. Hope you understand by words.
