Support There doesn't seem to be much difference, if any, between the two topics. Adabow (talk) 09:35, 8 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Don't Support --- There is lot of difference between ADT and AADT. ADT stands for Average Daily Traffi, and AADT stands for Annual Average Daily Traffic. To get ADT, you just get on the road on any average day (day that has normal conditions without special events) and measure the traffic.

For AADT, you average daily traffic of the entire 365 days. So measure every day and average it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.70.231.118 (talk) 21:05, 19 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Also, ADT can be adapted to AADT using appropriate factors (usually issued by Transport/Traffic authority of a country) depending on the time of year ADT was taken (as summer time usually gives highest ADTs). Certainly not the same thing! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 222.154.254.98 (talk) 23:58, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Don't Support --- These terms are often confused, but in my experience AADT is the king of volume-based traffic statistics and deserves its own topic. As mentioned above, a parent document Measures of traffic volume might be appropriate which references this document. Ljw87505 (talk) 18:14, 6 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
