Coordinate error[edit]

These coordinates now show a location in Boston, not Stoneham. There is no Flint St in Stoneham, and no address 110 on Flint Ave.

There is a Flint Avenue in Stoneham and a Flint Street in nearby Wakefield, Massachusetts. The US Postal Service website says a 10 Flint St, Wakefield, address "may be non-deliverable". When queried for a "10 Flint St., Stoneham, MA", the US Postal Service website converts to "10 Flint Ave., Stoneham, MA", implying it can deliver to that address. I therefore edited the coordinates in the article to reflect "10 Flint Ave., Stoneham, MA". Note that this disagrees with the National Register Information System entry for the house.
