Potential copyvio: edit 228653087 of 18:41, 29 July 2008[edit]

Is a direct lift from http://obf.cancer.gov/contribute/cr-stamp.htm . Its of uncertain copyright status: http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/factsheet/NCI/copyright says that reproduction is ok; extraction of copyright-protected information needs permission. While I guess what was copied is a work of the National Cancer Institute, and that being a .gov website makes it safe to assume that it's a US government work, I am still removing it.
