Gates arrest; Barret controversy[edit]

At this time, Cambridge Police are notable in particular for the arrest of Henry Louis Gates ~~and the controversy about the emails sent by officer Justin Barrett~~. The Barrett controversy does not seem to belong here. Barrett is not a member of the Cambridge Police Department, so his story has essentially nothing to do with that department. Pechmerle (talk) 08:43, 31 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Images of old HQ.[edit]

I'm storing these images here, as it doesn't currently fit in the article stub.

The first image replaces the previous one[1] which has non-commercial usage restrictions as imposed by the city. I've released these with full Public Domain licensing. Cambridge Police & Cambridgeshire Constabulary[edit]

I have put a notice about two police forces, in case people get get muddled about the two forces. This is especially true considering the social media handles for both constabularies are similar, @cambridgepolice for CPD and @cambscops & @cambridgecops for Cambs Police. 159753 (talk) 21:01, 18 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
