Some complaints

I think we should add something about how some of their learning books are outdated. For example: Their Microsoft Office/software learning one teaches children how to use Office Mix (discontinued years ago) and Office 2016 (outdated by Office 2019). Also how their quizzes and activities make children do things in the specific order they want. Example: The activity is to save then close a document. A student has to click the x then say yes to save. If they click the save icon instead they are instantly wrong, even if it should do the same thing. Some questions are impossible to get right. The main example I found was one where you have to move a window so it only covers the right side of the screen. But if your screen resolution is smaller than what Cengage expects it assumes you are leaving space above and below the window, and instantly counts you wrong. I am requesting permission to add these edits.
