WP:NPOV concerns[edit]

The page seems to have some bias. More than half of the page maintains a negative about the company, which is fine, but it does not mean it can't be added with a few pieces of neutral information. I attempted to do so, but it was reverted by MrsSnoozyTurtle stating WP:NPOV concerns. I then checked previous edits by the editor and it shows that the editor has a negative bias which is evident through their previous edits on the page.

There is no need for special sections on Elimination of Tipping and COVID 19 impact. COVID 19 impacted almost all of the businesses, and every page doesn't need to have that mentioned in an exclusive section at all. If you are to state WP:OSE, then you should be open to include other information from the Fast Company article which states that the staff had learn and earn opportunity since the coffee shops shut down.

Further, in the Elimination of Tipping section, the fact that "Workers at the company’s different locations compiled their hourly wages in a shared spreadsheet to determine whether the pay change coupled with the elimination of tips actually constituted a pay raise. They found that, in nearly every case, loss of tips was greater than the hourly pay increase" is not required as per WP:COATRACK. The change in tipping policy should remain in the page but not glorified to impact neutrality of the article.

And, there should be no issue with updating their number of locations etc. Please discuss here. Spasfolly (talk) 15:12, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Spasfolly. Thank you for creating this discussion. The text about the elimination of tipping is supported by WP:RS and I believe it neutrally states the events without bias. The company was central to these events, so I disagree that there are WP:COATRACK issues here.
The updating of the number of stores is a good improvement, thank you for adding that reference. Regards, MrsSnoozyTurtle 10:01, 16 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
