Removal of the 2022 wildfire category[edit]

I am very confused on why the 2022 wildfire category keeps being removed without any edit summaries. [1], [2], [3], [4]. Two different editors are doing this without edit summaries. Elijahandskip (talk) 05:08, 29 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Because the article is already in Category:2022 North American wildfires, which itself is in Category:2022 wildfires. It's redundant to include both categories. Surachit (talk) 22:59, 3 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
