Renaming to Czechoslovak fortifications[edit]

I propose renaming this article to Czechoslovak fortifications, as the fortifications were not only near the border, but also inland, for example so-called Prague line (Pražská čára). See this map. Nazgul02 (talk) 13:13, 10 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The name also needs to distinguish itself from old castles etc. Is "Czechoslovak" adequate for that, or should "20th century" be incorporated? Andy Dingley (talk) 14:24, 10 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I'd suggest Czechoslovak fortifications of the 20th century, which covers all the bases and isn't too long. Acroterion (talk) 14:39, 10 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I think Czechoslovak fortifications is enough, as Czechoslovakia only existed in the 20th century. Nazgul02 (talk) 12:20, 11 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed, but is that obviously clear enough for reader who aren't so familiar with Czechoslovak history? Andy Dingley (talk) 12:42, 11 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
That's why I think the 20th century part is important. From a strictly historical point of view it's redundant. "Czechoslovak fortifications" is clear to me, but I've lived through a fairly large part of the 20th century and have Czech friends, so while I have more background in the subjects of the various Czech and Slovak states, most English-speaking people today have no idea that Czechoslovakia existed only in the 20th century.
