Jardine is not a wastewater treatment plant, it is a drinking water treatment plant. pretty different in many important ways.

Jardine doesn't seem related to Deer Island. There is no discussion of the relationship between the two in the footnotes or on the linked-to sites. If that is the case, why randomly link to two articles on something unrelated in Chicago?!--Ami in CH (talk) 15:15, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Which 43 communities?[edit]
