Biased[edit]

"When he picked up an 18-year-old girl for her first driving lesson, he raped her for an hour" Yes, he probably did rape her, but there is no proof and he was eventually acquitted, so this wording sounds biased. 190.163.234.139 (talk) 22:51, 6 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Date Request[edit]

Overturned ruling[edit]

I think it should be pointed out that the case, which caused Denim Day to be created has been overturned. As of 2008, the Italian Supreme Court affirmed that wearing tight jeans is not grounds for defense against rape. Caffeyw (talk) 18:41, 18 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Victimization[edit]
