Just another online bank[edit]
This bank does not concentrate on "a select group of clients", not at all. On the contrary, just like any other banks, especially in such a competitive environment such as online banking, they are trying, sometimes with tons of publicity, to get as many clients as they can. People open DKB accounts as secondary accounts and with no resources at all, becuase most of its services are free.
