Image copyright problem with Image:EMD FT demonstrator.jpg[edit]

The FT demonstrator had steam generators and did demonstrator trips with passenger trains. There are photographs documenting this. The steam generators were removed from the FT demonstrator before sale to the Southern Railway. Some railroads had steam generators installed in FTs during WW2 as they were used on troop trains. Santa Fe FT 167LABC was built in February 1945, had steam generators in the B units and had 95 mile an hour gearing. Consider this article written by Wally Abbey to the Santa Fe Listserve some years ago as excellent information on the origin of the term "F" and "FT". Sections added separately, so either can be changed by itself. Model development(bad title) was meant to be an intro to Models, but got sort of long.
