I would double-research the bit about the dragon. It's not the story I've read about why it was built. For instance, many do not realize that it contained a playroom for the homeowner's children. It was damaged in the tornado that also damaged the marina in the early 2000s (I don't remember the exact year - 2001 or 2002, probably - I no longer live in the area). Has it really collapsed into the water? That makes me sad.
