I would suggest Fairfield House, Bath as the new name, which was in fact the original name of the article. There are many places, most larger, called Newbridge, so that would be more ambiguous. Rwendland (talk) 10:43, 21 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Comment I failed to explain that the reason I set up this move request was that I wasn't sure what the appropriate disambiguator is for this article. If I had spotted the prior name in the article history, I would have picked that dab. What you say makes sense, and I have changed the move request from 'Fairfield House, Newbridge' to 'Fairfield House, Bath' (I hope that changing this at this point doesn't upset the process).
