The page Fibula should be a disambiguation page, leading to Fibula (archaeology) (now Fibulae and ancient brooches) and Fibula (anatomy) (now Fibula). Seem like a good idea? --Wetman 21:24, 4 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

That seems to make sense to me. How do we ensure that anyone searching under the plural, fibulae, and for brooches finds it? If you know how to do a disambiguation page please go ahead. --Otlichnik 23:57, 6 September 2006

I've alerted the administrator User:Zoe, who is always willing to help. --Wetman 05:09, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Always willing to stick my nose in, you mean?  :) Well, to begin with, we should use a singular article title, such as Fibula (brooch). I have no problem with a disambiguation page for the default title. User:Zoe|(talk) 23:25, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Any objections, anyone? Zoe, would you do that for the article, after a decent interval? --Wetman 06:25, 28 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Sure, I'll wait about a week. Prod me if I forget, ok? User:Zoe|(talk) 16:24, 28 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I have been away travelling. All sounds fine to me. Thanks for helping. Otlichnik 11:31, 6 October 2006

I created Fibula (disambiguation) and added top hats .. I think fibula is most commonly used to mean the calf bone, no need to lock up that name space as a dab page. I think brooch and Fibulae and ancient brooches cover the same ground and may need to be merged and/or better defined as articles. -- Stbalbach 15:29, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
