@Farragutful: Thanks for creating the Commons category. Are you sure the name "First Congregational Church of Oregon City" is not more appropriate? Just making sure the discrepancy is ok. ---Another Believer(Talk) 21:22, 23 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Another Believer: I think the discrepancy is fine in this instance. The name of this page could be changed because there is an active congregation with the new (2016) name. The former/historic names could be added after it in the intro. However, First Congregational is the building's historic name and this is an article that is basically about a historic building, although it could be expanded. I added a few historical facts, a category, and reference this morning to fill out some information about the congregation and at least put the new name and its affiliation with the Unitarian Universalists in the article. I gave the Commons category the current name as it will be easier for people looking for a current place. I just added a notation to the top of the Commons category giving the historic names, and I also created a redirect to this article using the congregation's current name. Hopefully, that will help clarify any confusion. Farragutful (talk) 01:09, 24 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
